Job Summary:

Mervice Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Field Recruiter (HR) to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and must be willing to conduct field visits for verification, team coordination, and performance monitoring. This role is ideal for someone with a background in HR or recruitment and an interest in on-ground operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Visit field locations to support and verify the performance of newly hired field staff.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports as needed.

Provide support in employee engagement and team coordination activities.

Ensure adherence to company standards during recruitment and field operations.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6 months in recruitment or HR-related roles.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).

Language Skills: Proficient in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

Field Readiness: Comfortable with regular field visits within the city.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Gender: Male candidates preferred due to field activity requirements.

Additional Details:

Work Location: Work from office; field visits required occasionally

Shift Timing: General shift; flexibility required as per field assignments
