Position: Field Officer – Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Officer (Recruiter) to manage end-to-end recruitment of candidates for field-based roles. The position requires traveling to various locations, interacting with candidates, verifying documents, and ensuring smooth onboarding in compliance with company standards.
Identify and source potential candidates through field visits, referrals, and local networks.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and background checks of candidates.
Verify educational, identity, and employment documents.
Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team to fulfill manpower requirements on time.
Maintain candidate databases and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
Build relationships with local communities, training institutes, and placement cells for talent sourcing.
Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
Handle queries from candidates and guide them throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements during hiring.
Graduate in any discipline (HR/Management background preferred).
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in field operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in local language(s) and English/Hindi.
Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment drives.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
