We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Field Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in high-volume hiring, specifically for warehouse helper roles (200–300 positions per cycle). The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding large volumes of candidates efficiently across multiple sites. This role requires frequent travel and strong field recruitment skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end bulk hiring for warehouse helper roles (200–300+ hires per cycle).

• Source candidates through local networks, job fairs, community outreach, and third-party vendors.

• Visit multiple warehouse locations to manage recruitment drives, interviews, and onboarding processes.

• Build a pipeline of pre-screened candidates to support ongoing and future staffing needs.

• Collaborate with warehouse managers and HR teams to forecast manpower requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate data, interview feedback, and hiring status.
