Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and recruit top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs by attending job fairs, college campuses, and other recruitment events.

  Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or Relevant field experience.

    • Experience: Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a field recruiter role, is essential. Experience in corporate recruiting (Unskilled Factory Workers) is a plus.

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software are important.
