We are Hiring: FOS for Store Program in Delhivery.

Location: [Noida, Gurgaon]

Job Overview: As a FOS employee, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion and operational efficiency of Delhivery’s services across three cities. Your primary responsibility will be to open and manage stores at different locations, enabling timely package delivery. This role is essential for building capacity within the operations team and supporting the delivery network.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening and Managing Stores:
Set up and operate stores at designated locations across the three cities.
Ensure stores are fully stocked and organized to support seamless package handling and deliveries.
Coordinate with local authorities and teams to ensure timely establishment and smooth operation of stores.

Capacity Building:
Work to build operational capacity by supporting the growth of store locations to handle increasing delivery volumes.
Collaborate with the operations team to understand capacity requirements and scale store operations accordingly.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and store readiness to meet operational demands.

Salary : 25K+ per month depending on experience.
