Salary:

Experienced: ₹25,000/month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily shift operations efficiently

Supervise and support the team during the shift

Ensure timely task completion and quality standards

Handle operational issues and report to management

Maintain discipline and workplace safety

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass

Own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (mandatory)

Strong leadership and communication skill
