Key Responsibilities:
Hire delivery riders, Field sourcing ( referrals,) Organize volume hiring drives Track line-ups,
interviews, and joinings Complete onboarding and documentation ID verification and background
checks Maintain buffer pool for absenteeism Achieve weekly hiring targets and share MIS reports
Preferred: Blue-collar hiring experience, preferably in grocery/logistics/quick-commerce
