Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day administration & facility operations across multiple office centers.
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all admin, facility, and maintenance-related matters.
Supervise housekeeping, security, cafeteria, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and vendor services.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers for AMC, repairs, procurement, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations across all centers.
Manage inventory, office supplies, seating allocations, and space utilization.
Support client onboarding, workspace readiness, and issue resolution.
Conduct regular audits/inspections of each center to ensure SOP adherence.
Maintain MIS reports, budgets, expense tracking, and facility dashboards for management review.
Drive cost efficiency & vendor performance improvements across locations.
Work closely with HR/Admin teams for employee engagement & support services.
