Administer end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
Validate attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, reimbursements, and final settlements.
Generate monthly salary registers, payslips, and payroll MIS reports.
Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement.
Manage compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.).
Prepare and file periodic returns (PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.).
Handle inspections, audits, and notices from statutory bodies.
Maintain compliance calendar and ensure timely submissions to authorities.
Address employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and compliance.
Educate employees on salary structures, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure smooth handling of exit settlements and compliance obligations.
Maintain and update employee master data in payroll systems.
Ensure accurate record-keeping for audits and statutory requirements.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reports for management and statutory bodies.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/Payroll software.
