Experience Required: 5+ years
Manage end-to-end compliance with statutory labour laws and government regulations including PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, BOCW, ECR filing, etc.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance under CLRA and BOCW Acts, especially for construction projects.
Prepare and maintain statutory registers under applicable laws (wage register, attendance, bonus, gratuity, etc.).
Ensure timely remittance of statutory payments (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.) and issue related challans.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, including PF, ESIC, BOCW Act, CLRA, Factories Act, Shops and Establishment Act, etc.
Hands-on experience with statutory portals such as EPFO, ESIC.
PG Diploma or MBA in HR / Labour Laws (Preferred)
