Conduct regular audits of HR records, employee files, and statutory compliance documents (PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, labor laws, etc.).
Review HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational guidelines.
Monitor adherence to statutory deadlines and filings (PF, ESIC returns, PT, LWF, minimum wages, etc.).
Audit payroll and employee benefits administration for accuracy and compliance.
Check UAN/ESIC registrations, KYC updates, and ensure no pendency in employee statutory accounts.
Prepare audit reports with findings, risk areas, and recommend corrective actions.
Follow up with HR operations team to ensure timely closure of compliance gaps.
Support internal/external audits and provide necessary documentation.
Stay updated with changes in labor laws, HR compliances, and statutory regulations.
Train HR staff and stakeholders on compliance policies and procedures when required.
