We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our online marketplaces such as Flipkart, Amazon, and others. The ideal candidate will help manage listings, track orders, coordinate with logistics, and ensure smooth functioning of the e-commerce backend.
Create and manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Track daily orders, returns, and customer queries; ensure timely resolution.
Maintain and update inventory levels and stock reports.
Assist in executing promotions, deals, and seasonal offers.
Monitor product reviews and ratings; flag issues and respond if required.
Generate basic performance reports on sales, returns, and traffic.
Support backend tasks such as invoicing, dispatch tracking, and raising service tickets.
Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Business, or related field preferred)
Familiarity with major Indian e-commerce platforms
Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and time management
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
