Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate trainer who can deliver high-quality training in both Digital Marketing and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) domains. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth subject knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to train students to industry standards, preparing them for successful careers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver interactive training sessions on Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics, etc.).
Provide training on BPO processes, customer service, communication skills, and process-specific workflows.
Create training materials, presentations, and assessments to evaluate trainees’ progress.
Monitor and track trainee performance, providing feedback and guidance.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in both Digital Marketing and BPO.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and skill development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field (Preferred).
Proven experience in Digital Marketing and/or BPO industry.
Knowledge of digital tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, CRM platforms, etc.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle a group of trainees effectively.
