Job: Rural & Eco-Tourism Training Executive

At White Turtle Pvt. Ltd., we work to improve rural tourism by helping villages in Uttar Pradesh create homestays where tourists can experience local culture. Our goal is to support rural communities, boost their income, and promote sustainable travel.

What you’ll do:

• Visit villages where homestays are being set up.

• Train local people (homestay owners, workers) on how to take care of guests, keep the place clean, manage check-ins/check-outs, and follow good hospitality practices.

• Help locals feel confident in welcoming guests while keeping their traditions alive.

• Work with community groups, NGOs, and government bodies to ensure everything goes smoothly.

• Keep track of progress and share feedback to improve the process.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone with a degree or diploma in tourism, hospitality, or rural development.

• Passion for travel, helping villages, and promoting culture.

• Good communication skills, able to explain things clearly.

• Ready to travel to rural areas.

• Someone patient, understanding, and respectful of local traditions.
