We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including salary administration, compliance, recruitment, and other HR-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Manage salary structures, grades, and ranges.
- Conduct salary benchmark and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Employee relations and engagement.
- Performance management.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR or related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
