About the Internship:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated HR Interns (Freshers) to be part of our Human Resources team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and general HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling

Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees

Help maintain and organize HR records, databases, and employee files

Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events

Contribute to the drafting and updating of HR policies and documents

Provide support in payroll and compliance-related tasks

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations

Eligibility Criteria:

Recent graduates or final-year students in HR, Business Administration, or related fields

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures is an advantage

Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Discreet handling of confidential information

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
