Job Description: Looking for an Office Admin Executive with Excellent communication skills, pleasing personality and right attitude. The candidate should be capable of coordinating with the top management and should be extremely presentable and Responsible to handle entire Customer relations process. Extended excellent customer service to clients & took responsibility for follow- up to ensure customer needs & expectations were satisfied
· Responsible for General office administration and house keeping
· Back Office support and clients coordination
· Support the day to day work of the Operations, Housekeeping and Customers
· Handling clients both over the phone and their visits to Office
· Handling Pre Sales & Post Sales activities
· Responsible for customer orientation, handle all the enquiries and resolve customers issues
· Service Coordination, Mailing service invoice & Follow ups
· Ensuring smooth operations of the unit and Sales Coordination.
· Process all payment bills after due diligence for Accounts department
· Ensures that all facilities are operated & maintained in a cost-effective and safe condition
