We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and support various departments in maintaining efficient workflows. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office calendars.
Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks such as attendance, travel booking, and reimbursements.
Manage inward/outward courier and ensure record accuracy.
Handle visitor management and ensure smooth front-office operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of records.
Assist in organizing company events and internal meetings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
Prior experience (internship or 1–3 years) in office administration preferred.
Familiarity with office equipment and basic accounting procedures is an advantage.
