We are looking for a reliable and experienced Admin Manager with a strong background in office administration and team handling. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage staff, support management, and maintain overall administrative efficiency across the company.
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure performance.
Manage travel arrangements, appointments, and agendas for upper management.
Handle incoming/outgoing communication – calls, emails, letters, and packages.
Support in budgeting and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies when required.
Prepare and submit timely reports to management.
Assist other departments or colleagues as needed.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in an office administrator or admin manager role.
