We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team by handling a variety of administrative tasks. Manage and organize office operations and procedures (e.g., filing systems, supply requisition, scheduling).
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update records, databases, and office systems.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure office equipment is maintained and operational.
Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing company events.
