📍 Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
🧑💼 Role Summary:
The Admin Executive will support the daily operational and administrative tasks within the transportation department. This role ensures smooth coordination between the transport team, drivers, vendors, and office support functions.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage office administration – documentation, correspondence, supplies, and logistics
🔹 Coordinate transport-related schedules, vehicle requisitions, and driver records
🔹 Assist HR, with onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee documentation
🔹 Liaise with vendors and maintain basic procurement records
🔹 Ensure file management and support compliance for audits and inspections
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
🔸 Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / BA or equivalent)
🔸 1–2 years of experience in administration or operations (logistics or transport preferred)
🔸 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel – data entry, formulas, pivot tables
