Role:

• Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination

• Follow up with clients for documentation, payments, and project updates

• Maintain records, reports, files, and perform basic data entry

• Call and coordinate with candidates for interviews

• Prepare offer letters and joining kits, and track employee attendance

• Assist with basic salary calculation and backend HR work

Skills Needed:

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and file handling

• Well-organized and detail-oriented

• Prior admin experience preferred; HR exposure is a plus
