We are hiring a Procurement / Administration Manager to manage our day-to-day operations, with responsibilities spanning administration, finance coordination, procurement, and vendor management. Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized workspace
Oversee procurement and inventory, including managing quotations from vendors and maintaining stock
Assist with basic finance and account coordination, expense tracking, and office budgeting
Maintain organized documentation—both digital and physical files
Serve as the point of contact for vendors, clients, and visitors
Support scheduling, meeting logistics, and office event coordination
Ensure workplace safety standards are followed
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration, accounts, or procurement
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office tools
Graduate in any discipline
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work both independently and as part of a team
