Position: Lady Client Relationship & Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with existing and new clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Manage sales coordination: take orders, follow up on quotations, and confirm deliveries.
Coordinate with clients for payments against invoices in a professional manner.
Assist in maintaining sales records and client databases.
Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, accounts, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in client handling / sales coordination (preferably in textiles, FMCG, or wholesale trading).
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Professional, polite, and client-oriented personality.
