Core responsibilities

Communication: Managing emails, phone calls, and acting as a central point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors.

Scheduling and coordination: Arranging meetings, managing calendars, booking travel, and organizing events.

Record-keeping: Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for documents and data.

Office management: Ensuring the office runs smoothly by managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and handling procurement processes.
