Key Responsibilities:

1. •Prepare detailed MIS (Management Information System) for various projects using Excel sheets.

2. •Draft agreements for sale and prepare demand notes and receipts.

3. •Coordinate with clients regarding payment schedules and follow up with them as necessary.

4. •Assist in the preparation of documents for the APF (Approved Project Finance) process with bankers.

5. •Prepare NOCs (No Objection Certificates) and other required documents as per project needs.

6. •Ensure accurate data entry for stamp duty payments.

7. •Conduct day-to-day follow-ups and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.

8. Requirements and Skills:

9. •Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

10. •Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.

11. •Clear verbal and written communication skills.
