Manage Reception, Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Security and Vendors.
• Proper Documentation of all official necessary information.
• Managing hotel bookings, Air bookings Domestic and International bookings apart from VISA’s proceedings and documentation.
• Coordinating with Verticals & Heads for all promotional activities required
• Maintaining and coordinating Staff Allocation during all promotional activities
• Arranging daily requirements of various ad-hoc & when required.
• Maintain the AMC of the Office Equipment from time to time.
• Managing Petty Cash & General Finance Work.
• Manage office Asset inventory.
• Coordinate with the Building Owner & Maintenance staff.
• Manage Office Boy’s & Pantry Boy’s.
