Job Summary:
We ROBU.IN have a vacancy for a Jr. Admin. Please note this is an Entry-Level position, suitable for Diploma/Graduates of any Discipline or someone having 0 to 1 years of Admin experience with Basic Computer/MS-Excel Knowledge.

Experience: 0 to 1 years

Education: Any diploma/Degree

Gender: Only Male Candidates preferred.

Salary Range: Rs.1,61,752/- to Rs.2,07,572/- per annum; 10k – 13k (In hand after deductions for P. F & Prof.Tax depending upon skillset)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Jira Ticket Management:

Monitor, resolve, and assign incoming Jira tickets (issues, tasks, requests) based on priority.

Collaborate with teams to ensure tickets are addressed promptly and follow up on open issues.

Maintain ticket documentation and generate status reports for management.

• Team Support:

Serve as a point of contact for ticket-related inquiries and administrative assistance.

• Asset Management:

Track, assign, and manage company assets (laptops, phones, software licenses, etc.) across departments.

Maintain an up-to-date asset inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented.

Coordinate with team members to ensure timely asset requests and returns.

• Asset Maintenance:

Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and replacements of assets as needed.

Skills:  Familiarity with Jira or other ticket management systems.

             Strong organizational and time-management skills.

 Experience in asset management or IT support.

 Basic knowledge of technical equipment and troubleshooting.

            Proficient in Microsoft Office.

            Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
