Job Description:

• Manage office documents, files, and records efficiently.

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

• Maintain attendance, data entry, and day-to-day office operations.

• Follow up with clients/customers regarding inquiries, feedback, and appointments.

• Support the management team in scheduling meetings and coordinating activities.

• Prepare basic reports, maintain Excel sheets, and handle emails.

• Promote company services over the phone and build positive customer relations.

• Assist in admin tasks like staff coordination and communication.

  Location: Kelambakkam

  Salary: 10k to 15k per month

  Timing: 10.00AM to 6.30PM
