The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, performing a variety of administrative duties to support daily business activities. 1.Monthly meeting Primary sales and receivable o/s from customer,
2.Coaching and Guiding of team members.
3.Physical verification and maintaining office file
4.Daily basis E-way bill and e-invoice, GST checking in portel
5.Handled Calls (inbound/ outbound) and Emails (Helpdesk Process)
6.To track & keep all records of Invoice Acknowledgement copies updated day by day.
7.To arrange for Bank/cash depsoits (bank related work)
8. courier bill booking
9.Weekly and Monthly MIS reports
10.To maintain registers- Sales, Purchases, Stock inward & Outward.
11.Code and Invoice creation,
12.Reconciliation
