Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents both physically and digitally.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
Support finance with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.
Ensure the office environment is neat and professional.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Problem-solving attitude and strong attention to detail.
