Regularly follow up with clients for pending payments via calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
Maintain daily records of payment follow-up status and report to management.
Handle mailing tasks, including drafting and sending emails to clients, vendors, and partners.
Assist in basic coordination work related to travel operations as required.
Maintain professionalism and client relationship ethics during payment collection follow-ups.
Support general administrative and back-office tasks as needed.
Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati if required).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, mailing, maintaining records).
Experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage.
Proactive, polite, and disciplined approach towards payment follow-ups.
