Key Responsibilities
➢ Administrative Duties
➢ Manage daily office operations, correspondence, filing, and documentation.
➢ Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
➢ Maintain records of office expenses, petty cash, and other administrative reports.
➢ Support management in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
➢ Client Relationship Management (CRM)
➢ Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to clients for enquiries, updates, and follow-ups.
➢ Maintain client data in the Excel/CRM system and ensure all information is updated accurately.
➢ Assist in preparing client proposals, quotations, and follow-up reports.
➢ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
➢ Build positive relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication.
