The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, phone calls)
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Manage visitor protocols and front desk operations
Assist in organizing company events and activities
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of experience in administrative or office management roles
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Full-time position (3rd party Payroll)
Office-based role with standard working hours
May require occasional overtime during peak periods
