We are looking for a Admin Executive to join our team Employhr services LLP to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, including procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
Maintain and organize accurate records, documents, and administrative databases.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, preparing agendas and keeping minutes.
Oversee facility management, including maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
Serve as the point of contact between departments, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
Handle external correspondence, such as emails, calls, and official letters.
Assist HR with onboarding processes, training coordination, and administrative support.
Monitor budgets related to administrative tasks and propose cost-effective solutions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working. Proven experience as an admin executive or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
