Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.

  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.

• Project Coordination Assistance

  • Support designers with project documentation, material orders, and supplier communications.

  • Assist in maintaining project databases and CRM systems.

• Procurement & Inventory

  • Liaise with suppliers for quotations, orders, and deliveries.

  • Maintain a stock of office supplies and material samples.

  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.

• Finance & Documentation

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g., invoice filing, petty cash tracking).

  • Coordinate with the finance team or external accountant for monthly submissions.

  • Ensure proper documentation for project billing and expense reports.

• Client & Vendor Communication

  • Act as a point of contact between clients, designers, and contractors for administrative tasks.

  • Schedule client meetings and site visits.

  • Follow up on payments and project-related documentation.

Qualification: B.Com or any Graduate in the Accounting Field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience

Office Timing: Monday - Saturday 10.00 am to 7.00 pm

Salary budget - 15,000/- to 25,000/- per month
