Manage day-to-day administrative operations within the plant premises.

Oversee housekeeping, pantry, security, and overall facility management.

Maintain stock of office & plant consumables (stationery, cleaning materials, PPE, etc.).

Coordinate repair & maintenance of plant infrastructure and utilities.

Arrange transport facilities for employees (if applicable).

Ensure timely availability of drinking water, first-aid kits, and other welfare provisions.

Manage canteen operations, quality, and hygiene compliance.

3. Compliance & Record Keeping

Maintain attendance records (coordinate with HR for payroll).

Ensure statutory compliance for safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Support audits related to admin, safety, and facility.

Maintain contracts and renewals for vendors, housekeeping, and security agencies.

4. Safety, Security & Facility Management

Monitor plant entry/exit, visitor logs, and access control systems.

Coordinate fire drills, safety signage, and compliance with safety protocols.

Liaise with local authorities in case of emergencies.

Ensure security equipment (CCTV, alarms) is functional.

5. Vendor & Procurement Management

Identify, evaluate, and manage local suppliers for admin-related purchases.

Negotiate rates and ensure cost control without compromising quality.

Process vendor bills and coordinate with accounts for payment.
