Job Summary:

Core Ocean Solutions LLP is seeking a dynamic and proactive Admin Executive to join our team at Badlapur. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle administrative responsibilities and support executive operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments

• Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoM)

• Assist in planning and executing events

• Create and deliver professional presentations

• Maintain and manage office administration tasks

• Support senior management as an Executive Assistant

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office

• Maintain effective communication within internal teams and external stakeholders

Key Skills Required:

• Strong Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

• Excellent Management & Organizational Skills

• Proficiency in Scheduling & Calendar Management

• MoM Writing and Event Coordination

• Presentation and Documentation Skills

• Administrative and Office Management Skills

• Executive Assistant Experience Preferred

Eligibility:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline

• 1 to 3 years of experience in administration or executive assistance
