We are looking for a detail-oriented Administration Officer to support our procurement, sales, and operations teams.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office administration, front desk & communication
Manage contracts, records, and procurement documentation
Coordinate with vendors, handle POs & invoices
Arrange travel, logistics, and meetings
Support HR with onboarding, attendance & employee records
Manage office supplies and vendor services (housekeeping, security, etc.)
Ensure smooth digital record-keeping & process improvements
🎓 Required Qualifications:
Graduate/Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields
2–6 years of admin experience (preferably textiles/manufacturing/project-based industries)
Proficient in MS Office & basic ERP/document management tools
Strong organizational & multitasking skills
