Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the recruitment process by managing documentation, coordinating with students and universities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of accuracy, compliance, and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle applications, documentation, and correspondence for student recruitment.
Maintain accurate student records and databases.
Coordinate with counselors, students, and partner universities.
Schedule interviews, meetings, and follow-ups.
Assist with visa filing processes and compliance requirements.
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Provide excellent service to students, parents, and institutional partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Administration/Business/related field).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in administration, recruitment, or education consultancy will be an advantage.
