Job Description

HR Administration

v  Manpower handling, allocation & maintenance.

v  Total Time Office Administration & Maintaining Attendance, Leave, Wages & Salary. Return of P.F. & E.S.I.C.

v  Deal with the Labour contractor, Security Contractor, House Keeping Contractor, their payments & maintenance of records etc.

v  MIS report: Daily workers and staff attendance, absenteeism, Latecomers, reward system of employees, monthly, quarterly and annually.

General Administration

v  Administration of cleaning, Dusting of office area and shop Floor of the company.

v  Safety norms adherence

v  Facility Management includes drinking water, water for cleaning and other purposes, fire pumps, cleaning machines maintenance and spares record

v  Air-conditioning, CCTV cameras, Hooters

v  Housekeeping of shop floor

v  Outside contractors must be monitored for following safety norms and legal compliances of ESI and PF where applicable

v  Updation of sign boards

v  Cleaning of underground and overhead tanks

v  Day to day Security staff reporting

v  Checking operation of CCTV cameras and recording system

v  Special arrangements for Company’s Annual day celebration, Foreign guests or VIP customers
