Job Description – Facility Incharge (Football Academy)

Position: Facility Incharge
Location: Banashankari
Reports To: Academy Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily upkeep of the football ground and maintain attendance records.

• Manage football ground bookings.

• Ensure proper maintenance of all academy facilities.

• Monitor and track sports equipment and supplies.

• Coordinate and communicate with parents regarding facility-related needs.

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with academy standards.

• Support coaches and management with facility requirements.

Requirements

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate with 0-1 years of facility or operations experience (sports/academies preferred).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage staff, vendors, and day-to-day operations.

• Basic knowledge of sports facility maintenance will be an advantage.
