Supervise floor staff including beauticians, hairdressers, and helpers.
Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline on the salon floor.
Manage the cash counter: handle billing, daily cash closing, and customer payments.
Maintain sales and service records using MS Excel (daily collection, staff service report, product sales).
Handle client bookings, appointments, and walk-in management.
Train and guide staff on grooming, customer interaction, and services.
Coordinate with management on stock, product requirements, and staff schedules.
Report daily activities and cash summary to the Salon Manager or Owner.
Female candidate with 2–4 years of salon/spa or customer service experience.
Experience in supervising staff and handling customers.
Knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory (basic data entry, billing record, service tracking).
Must be able to handle cash counter independently.
Good communication skills in English and local language (Bengali/Hindi).
Friendly, well-groomed, punctual, and confident personality.
