Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and confident Receptionist / Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi (basic English will be an advantage), a presentable personality, and the ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with customers politely at the counter and outside the outlet.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services.

Prepare and print customer bills using a laptop/computer.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with walk-in customers.

Support day-to-day sales operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi essential, English preferred).

Presentable and customer-friendly personality.

Basic computer knowled to (billing, MS Office).

Ability to handle customers confidently and proactively.
