Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and update student records and online data.

• Handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.): posting, responding to messages, and engagement.

• Answer calls from students/customers and assist with inquiries in a professional manner.

• Support the marketing team in online promotions.

• Maintain organized communication records and reports.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (spoken and written).

• Experience with handling customer calls and social media platforms.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry.

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, admin support, or social media management.

• Comfortable with tools like Canva, WhatsApp Business, or CRM systems.
