We are hiring a confident and organized Receptionist to manage client communication and support front-desk operations. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a professional and efficient front-office environment.
Answer and route incoming client calls promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information to clients over phone and email.
Maintain call logs and follow up on inquiries as needed.
Support coordination between clients and internal departments.
Handle mail, couriers, and front-desk administrative duties.
Keep the front desk organized and presentable.
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good multitasking and time management skills.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
Professional and pleasant attitude.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10 am to 6 pm
Salary: 10,000 to 15,000
