Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and update client information.

• Provide administrative support to the operations or sales team as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role (experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with booking or CRM software is a plus.

• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in tourism, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
