Job Description

We are looking for a good looking female candidate with minimum experience of 1+ yrs at the front desk. The prospective candidate should be presentable and responsible for Front desk administration.

•Handling Front office responsibilities and Good telephone manners

•Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors

•Basic HR activities & employees attendance report on a daily basis

•Preparation of travel itinerary, ticketing, accommodation etc

•Handling clients both over the phone and their visits to Office.

•Office administration & Co-ordination with operations manager.

•Handling Facilities management and House keeping

•Back Office support and Customer Support.

•Ensuring smooth operations of the unit and Sales Coordination

•Excellent communication and presentation skills

•Organized, well-groomed, and friendly demeanor

•Graduate with a pleasing personality and Excellent Communication Skills

•Efficient and organized method of working

•Strong knowledge Microsoft Office products & internet.

•Minimum 1 + Year of working experience
