Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments
Schedule and confirm client appointments
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Assist the case processing team with scanning, filing, and data entry
Handle walk-in queries with patience and professionalism
Ensure confidentiality of client information at all times
