We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Lyncotek to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business premises. Besides this, you will also handle the transport co-ordination for the warehouse.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹22000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

• Assist ware house team to transport the goods by arranging the transport facility (like Porter booking/arranging from vendor).

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience.

He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
